· घर में रखें बांसुरी- बांसुरी को घर के वास्तु दोष दूर करने में बहुत ही कारगर और वैभवशाली माना गया है। आर्थिक समस्याओं से मुक्ति के लिए व्यक्ति को बांसुरी घर में रखना चाहिए। वास्तुशास्त्र में कहा गया है कि सोने और चांदी की बांसुरी घर में रखने से घर में माँ लक्ष्मी की कृपा बनी रहती है। अगर सोने अथवा चांदी का बांसुरी रखना असंभव है हो तो बांस से बनी बांसुरी घर में रख सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से भी वास्तु दोष दूर होता है और घर में धन का आगमन होता हैं। व्यवसाय, नौकरी या शिक्षा में बाधा आने पर शयन कक्ष के दरवाजे पर दो बांसुरियों को लगाना शुभ मन जाता है।

· घर में रखें गणेश जी की मूर्ति- गणेश जी की यूं तो हर रुप मंगलकारी मणि जाती हैं। लेकिन धन और सुख-समृधि में और बाधा को दूर करने के लिए नृत्य करती हुई गणपति जी की प्रतिमा घर में रखना बहुत ही शुभ माना गया है। गणेश जी की ऐसी मूर्ति को इस प्रकार रखना चाहिए कि घर के मुख्य द्वार पर गणपति जी की दृष्टि रहे। प्रतिमा न होने पर चित्र भी लगा सकते हैं।

· पूजन घर में उत्तर की ओर रखें इन्हें - देवी लक्ष्मी की तस्वीर या प्रतिमा आपके घर में रखने से घर में धन की वृद्घि होती है। माँ लक्ष्मी के साथ-साथ घर में कुबेर की मूर्ति या तस्वीर भी होना चाहिए। क्योंकि माता लक्ष्मी धन का सुख देती हैं परन्तु आय के बिना धन का सुख अनुभव करना संभव नहीं है। आय कुबेर महाराज प्रदान करते हैं। इसलिए धर्म के अनुसार दोनों एक दूसरे के पूरक माने जाते हैं। कुबेर महाराज उत्तर दिशा के स्वामी मने जाते हैं तथा इन्हें हमेशा उत्तर दिशा में ही रखना चाहिए ।

· घर में रखें शंख, माँ लक्ष्मी की कृपा बनी रहेगी- वास्तु विज्ञान, शास्त्रों और वेदों के अनुसार शंख में वास्तु दोष दूर करने की अद्भुत और अलौकिक क्षमता है। जहां नियमित शंख का घोष होता वहां के आस-पास की हवा भी सकारात्मक और शुद्ध हो जाती है। शास्त्रों में कहा गया है जिन घरों में माँ लक्ष्मी के हाथों में दक्षिणवर्ती शंख होता है वहां देवी लक्ष्मी स्वयं निवास करती हैं। ऐसे घर में शुख की कमी नहीं होती है और धन संबंधी परेशानी कभी नहीं आती है। दक्षिणवर्ती शंख को हमेशा लाल कपड़े में लपेटकर पूजन स्थान में रखना चाहिए और नियमित इसकी पूजा करनी चाहिए।

· धन वृद्धि करता है नारियल- शास्त्रों में नारियल को श्रीफल भी कहा गया है। श्री का अर्थ होता है देवी लक्ष्मी इसलिए नारियल को देवी लक्ष्मी का स्वरूप भी माना गया है। इनमें एकाक्षी नारियल को सबसे ज्यादा शुभ माना जाता है। जिस घर में एकाक्षी नारियल की नियमित पूजा होती है वहां नकारात्मक शक्तियां कभी नहीं ठहरती हैं। घर में दिनानुदिन उन्नति और सुख समृधि होती रहती है। लोग खुशहाल रहते हैं।

Diwali originates from the Sanskrit word Deepavali which exactly meaning "a row of lights." Diwali is the most popular festivals in the Indian calendar. It falls on the last two days of the dark half of the Hindu Kartik month (Oct-Nov). Deepavali is the biggest Indian festival that celebrates the victory of good over bad, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. It is the auspicious day for Lakshmi Ganesha Puja.

Its celebration traditionally includes lighting diyas, candles and lanterns on doorsteps, temples and buildings. The festival preparations and rituals extends over a 5-day period, but the main festival of Diwali coincides with the dark, new moon night of the Hindu Kartika month in the Bikram Sambat calendar. On this special day, people clean, renovate, and decorate their offices and homes.

On Diwali day, people dress up in new attires or their best outfit, light up diyas (lamps and candles) inside and outside their home, worship Goddess Lakshmi – the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Along with Lakshmi, Lord Ganesha—who is considered the remover of obstacles—is also worshipped. In the eastern states of India, Maa Kali is also worshipped instead of Goddess Laxmi, and the festival is called Kali Puja.
